Congratulations

Congratulations to our Director of Building Surveying Chris Bula who has recently received confirmation that he was successful in passing all parts of the Government sponsored RICS led ‘Award in External Wall System Assessment’. This course was taken to bolster the knowledge of the firm overall and provide additional insight to support our ongoing cladding remediation workload.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing insurance industry Professional Indemnity Insurance exclusion on the provision of EWS1 Forms, these still cannot be provided. A useful course in any event providing detailed and comprehensive understanding of the range, materials and performances of external wall systems in relation to building fire safety and the wider building safety crisis.
