Charts Down

BPG are pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for our most recent residential project.  Charts Down is an extensive post war estate with strong unifying design throughout which has survived the gradual privatisation of the area. 

The current owners appointed BPG to produce a design for a two storey pitched roof rear extension to facilitate the addition of a dining area on the ground floor and an additional bedroom on the first floor.

The proposed extension uses materials that match the original dwelling and tries to reuse items from the existing property where possible.  This approach guarantees the proposal will not have a negative impact on the character of the surrounding area and invites the planning authority to look on the design favourably.  Works are expected to start in the autumn.
