Barings Field Farm

BPG are pleased to have gained planning permission for another planning application submitted to Mole Valley District Council.

The proposal will reconfigure part of the ground floor consolidating ancillary spaces to provide a new kitchen and dining space which opens into the walled garden area and pool located to the west of the property. This new layout will maximise the use of both areas throughout the year.

As part of the refurbishment works, the first floor area over the new kitchen and dining space will be extended to provide additional bedrooms for the family.
