The Dumont, London SE1

We have now completed the agreement of a Party Wall Award with Network Rail covering the railway viaduct leading into Waterloo Station which adjoins the three storey basement adjoining St James’s development at The Dumont, London SE1.

In addition to the railway viaduct, agreements also covered the railway arches where uses vary from general storage though to high quality food production.
