BPG were appointed by WSCC to help the council to implement their Change Management Strategy which required the refurbishment of a cellular office style building into open plan team spaces with hot desking and a level management strategy.
The project proved so successful that we were commissioned to implement the refurbishment of a second building in the northern part of the county at a cost of £6million.
