BPG are currently working with Origin Housing as their appointed Party Wall Surveyors on the redevelopment of some light industrial buildings in Wealdstone, Harrow, Middlesex.

The development site is surrounded by neighbouring structures including houses, shops, offices, public highways, elevated structures and subterranean water courses.  There is also a neighbouring development site where piling and craneage operations had to be carefully coordinated to avoid potential clashes.

 We have dealt with neighbourly matters around the site which has included matters arising under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 as well as liaising and negotiating on other matters where the Act does not apply.  We have also dealt with absentee landlords and have arranged separate appointments under the Act where those particular owners have failed to respond.

 The development is currently ongoing and our involvement is continuing as works progress from one part of the site to another.
